(Solved) Launch X431 CRP919X BT Software Update Failure

Customer Problem: My CRP919X BT was updated OK for an extra year and diagnosed 1-2 models. Then, Ford Galaxy needs to download software; after downloading to 80%, the machine does not work.

Solution: Uninstall the APP, reinstall it, then log in to update.
